A follow-on course from Part 1 for homeowners about to renovate or extend, build new or make cosmetic upgrades.
GOAL:
To complete your home project with maximum success and minimal regrets. You will gain the knowledge and skills to be a valuable member of your builder / design team by understanding the overall design and construction process and key design principles to ensure in the end you get your dream home.
The most important takeaway I can give is the ability to understand the big picture of home design and how every decision affects another and must be made in coordination.
Price: $900 + GST ($300/class)
Duration: 3 Weeks – 1 class per week – each class 3.5 hrs long.
Class Size: 18 students maximum

As not all students from Part 1 will continue on to Part 2, if there are insufficient numbers to make up 2x Groups, we will run Group 2 only. Please note when you checkout if Sunday mornings are also convenient as this is often the most suitable timeslot for day workers and parents.
In the event that we cannot create a time-slot for Part 2 to your convenience, you will receive a refund. This will be confirmed prior to the commencement of Part 1.

DISCLAIMER
This is not a “DIY” renovation course, but a higher-level course teaching you how to be an empowered homeowner when working with an interior designer / architect / builder team – whether you’re building new, renovating or making cosmetic upgrades.
I’’ve heard from too many disappointed homeowners at the end of their home projects who never received the design expertise and feedback they deserved.
I do make recommendations in class for online courses that do offer specific training in DIY renovations.
