1. Connect

The first step is a meet-up to talk about you, your family and your home aspirations. We’ll develop a client brief for both your functional, aesthetic and experiential needs and investigate your site and opportunities to connect with the natural environment. Your personal Home-style is key and we’ll discuss ways to express it inside and out. We'll also discuss your budget and what’s achievable.

2. Discovery

This is a unique step we bring to the design process that allows you to explore first. We consider a range of design solutions and create a big picture Design Concept . To help you visualise the transformation, we include sketch plans, 3D illustrations and a Home-style mood board. Together with our building partners, we develop high-level cost estimates. You can then move forward with confidence – you know your preferred site and home layout, Home-style and budget.

3. Design to construct

Now you’ll see your vision come to life as a well-designed, functional, beautiful home. We provide full design services including site, building and interior design, technical documentation, council approvals and pricing updates along the way. And, if you need us to, we can serve as your representative to the builder during construction. We are your guide, making what can be an overwhelming process, an engaging and exciting experience.
